何予卿,植物遗传育种和植物分子生物学专业。1987年毕业于华中农业大学农学系,1997年于华中农业大学获植物分子生物学博士学位,同年进入武汉大学遗传与发育分子生物学博士后流动站从事2年博士后研究工作,多次前往香港大学和Cornell大学作高访和进修研究工作。2005年被评为教育部新世纪优秀人才。目前从事的主要研究工作有:水稻分子标记连锁遗传图谱的构建及其重要基因的定位研究;水稻品质相关基因鉴定与克隆和利用分子标记聚合优良基因改良杂交水稻,在国内外刊物上发表论文30余篇。目前主持的在研课题有国家“863”项目、973项目、国家自然科学基金项目和2005年教育部新世纪优秀人才计划等。本课题现有博士研究生1人、硕士研究生12人。
